  1. Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in good condition, as we are committed to maintaining the integrity and safety of our medication inventory.

  2. Exceptions: If you receive a product that has expired or is not in good condition, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Kindly contact our customer service team immediately you receive the product, to report the issue and initiate the exchange process.

  3. Delivery Fees: If you wish to exchange a product due to expiration or poor condition, the customer is responsible for the delivery fees associated with the exchange. Delivery fees will not be covered by Careforte Pharmacy and will be borne by the customer.

  4. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange for a product that has expired or is not in good condition, please contact our customer service team at  0708 640 2139. Our team will guide you through the exchange process, including arranging for the return of the original product and the delivery of the replacement product.

  5. Verification: For products that have expired or are not in good condition, we may require verification through photographs, receipts, or other relevant documentation to confirm the issue before proceeding with the exchange.

  6. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for products in good condition purchased from our pharmacy, as medication products cannot be resold once they have left our premises, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, and other healthcare items, are non-returnable due to regulatory and safety reasons.

  8. Final Sale Items: Clearance items, discounted or sale items, and other specified items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

  9. Packaging and Condition: Products eligible for return or exchange must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when they were purchased.
