How It Works

Step 1

Submit a Request

Log into your account and go to Orders. Select the order and click "Request Return" within 7 days of delivery.

Step 2

Review & Approval

Our team reviews your request within 24 hours. You will receive an email or SMS with approval and next steps.

Step 3

Package & Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Our rider will pick it up, or you can drop it at our Victoria Island location.

Step 4

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days, or we ship a replacement.

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective items (with photo proof)
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Expired products upon delivery
  • Products with quality issues reported within 24 hours

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used medications and supplements
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Temperature-sensitive products (insulin, vaccines) unless damaged
  • Personal care items (creams, ointments) that have been opened
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • For Pay on Delivery (POD) orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  • You may also choose to exchange the item for an equivalent product instead of a refund.

Damaged or Expired on Arrival?

Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
