Terms of Service

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used for fraudulent purposes, or violate these Terms.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

An order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email or SMS. We are not obligated to supply products at an incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing.

Prescription-only medicines (POM) require a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner registered in Nigeria. By uploading a prescription, you confirm that it is genuine, valid, and issued specifically for you.

Our licensed pharmacist will review all prescriptions before dispensing. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense medication if the prescription is unclear, expired, appears forged, or if the prescribed medication is contraindicated based on the information provided.

Prescriptions are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified by the prescribing doctor. We do not dispense controlled substances without strict verification in compliance with PCN and NAFDAC regulations.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve, bank transfers, USSD, and Paystack. All payments must be made in full before order processing, except for eligible Pay on Delivery (POD) orders.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the payment information is accurate. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your payment method.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend your account and withhold order fulfillment until the dispute is resolved.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. You must inspect delivered items immediately and report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 24 hours.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Our returns policy allows you to return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed information on eligibility, process, and refund timelines.

Opened medications, supplements, and personal care items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, except where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Upload false, forged, or fraudulent prescriptions
• Purchase medications for resale or commercial distribution without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent prescription requirements for controlled substances
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the platform
• Harvest or collect personal information of other users
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable Nigerian laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careforte Pharmacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
